Today, I am talking with Marisa Quinn about her debut picture book: Happy Hands. 

It’s a delightfully loveable story about a young boy who is eager to make friends on his first day of Kindergarten, only to find out that his ‘happy hands’ make that more challenging than he thought.

It’s a book that reminds us to stay true to who we are, celebrates the power of friendship and even shows us how to learn and grow in the process, too. Plus, the illustrations are adorable. Take a peek:
